The Organiser of Singapore Fintech Festival 2026 has appointed Kingsmen Exhibits Pte Ltd as the Official Contractor for the following services:
- Form 2 – Fascia Name (Startup Kiosk & Shell Scheme)*
- Form 3 – Furniture Rental Services
- Form 4 – Electrical Fittings Rental Services
- Form 4A – Electrical Location Plan (Raw Space Booth)*
- Form 4B – Electrical Location Plan (Shell Scheme Booth – Grid)*
- Form 5 – Booth Graphic Enhancement Services (For Shell Scheme Booth Only)
- Form 8 – Suspension of Banners & Rigging Points Services (For Space Only Exhibitor)
Note: Forms marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory for submission.
To request any of the above services, please click on the respective categories listed in the left-hand column and submit the relevant service forms.
Important Notes:
- Exhibitors who register after 9 October 2026 are required to submit their service forms immediately to facilitate prompt on-site support.
- Late orders received after 9 October 2026 will incur a 30% surcharge, while on-site orders may not be fulfilled and, if they are, will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
- To ensure your orders are processed, please make full payment at the time of form submission.
- No cancellations allowed once the order is submitted
- Payments are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from participation or cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
